LITHKEY HELP CENTRE

Clarity at every step.

From creating your first wallet to reviewing a transfer.
Start with practical guidance and frequently asked questions.

01 / GET STARTED

Create and back up a wallet

Your recovery phrase is the key to restoring access.

  1. Choose create or import

Open create or import from the Wallet screen. This guide uses TRON; default Ethereum/BNB Smart Chain services are not available. Create a new wallet for a fresh start, or restore only from your own backup.

  2. Set a name and password

Use a clear wallet name and a strong, unique password. A password is not a substitute for a recovery-phrase backup.

  3. Back up offline and verify

Record the recovery words in the order shown and complete backup verification. Do not screenshot or copy them into chat or cloud notes. Keep the backup in a secure place only you can access.

02 / RECEIVE

Receive TRX or USDT

USDT here means USDT-TRC20 on TRON.

  1. Select the wallet and network

Confirm the active wallet and TRON network before opening Receive. Do not send USDT on another network to an unverified address.

  2. Verify and share the address

Copy the address or share its receiving QR code. Verify the complete address and network with the sender. A receiving QR conveys public address information, not your recovery phrase.

  3. Wait for on-chain confirmation

After the sender submits, wait for on-chain confirmation and check the balance. An explorer can help verify status; a transfer screenshot alone is not proof of receipt.

03 / SEND

Review, then send

On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Review carefully.

  1. Prepare assets and network fees

Check sufficient balances. TRON uses Bandwidth and Energy; insufficient resources can require TRX for fees. USDT itself cannot replace TRX network fees.

  2. Enter and check the transaction

Select the asset, enter the recipient and amount, and obtain current fee information. Review the complete address, TRON network, token, amount and maximum fee. Do not proceed when information is unavailable.

  3. Confirm and sign on your device

Review the final confirmation screen and authorize with your wallet password. Signing happens on your device; this website does not accept recovery phrases, sign or broadcast transactions.

  4. Track status without duplicating

Submitted or pending does not mean received. Wait for final status. If a request times out, check the original transaction before sending again.

FAQ

Find your answer.

How is a password different from a recovery phrase?

A password unlocks and authorizes wallet operations on this device. A recovery phrase can restore wallet control. Back up the phrase, not just the password. Anyone who knows the phrase may control the assets.

Can LithKey recover a lost recovery phrase?

No. The platform does not hold your phrase or private keys. While your device is still accessible, verify your offline backup through the app. Do not uninstall, clear app data or hand secrets to a “recovery service”.

Why can a USDT-TRC20 transfer require TRX?

TRON transactions consume Bandwidth and Energy. The network may burn TRX when resources are insufficient. Fees depend on the transaction and network conditions; use a fresh fee review, not a fixed-price assumption.

Can I use TRC20 and ERC20 USDT addresses interchangeably?

No. They are on different networks. Before sending, verify that the recipient platform, address and selected network match. The name USDT alone is not enough.

Should I resend a transaction that stays pending?

Do not resend immediately. Check the original transaction in the app and, if needed, on the matching network explorer. A node timeout or delayed screen does not prove failure.

How do I manage multiple wallets?

Use the wallet selector to switch wallets and wallet management for names, accounts and backup actions. Keep a separate backup for each wallet. Verify the active wallet and network before receiving or sending.

Which networks and platforms are available?

Current validation focuses on Android, TRON, TRX and official USDT-TRC20. Default Ethereum/BNB Smart Chain services are not deployed, and iOS is not released. Public stable downloads are not open.

What if I need help or encounter fake support?

Start with this help centre and in-app help. An official feedback mailbox and live support are not open yet. Never comply with requests for a recovery phrase, private key, password or “unfreezing fee”. Until a channel opens, refer to the existing help materials on this site and in the app.
